According to PAGASA, as of 4:00 this morning tuesday, September
10, A Low pressure area was spotted 1, 210 km on eastern part of
Mindanao. As what Manny Mendoza, a Pagasa forecaster, the said LPA may
hit eastern Visayas as well as North of Mindanao if it will continue a
west- northwest path.
