How to Prepare Shrimp- Pomelo salad with an Easy Instructions and Guide

Guys I wanna share this very healthful recipe which I had acquired from a certain recipe book, I tried this once and I found it so interesting. You may also try it for the ingredients are known to have a very high source of vitamin A, B, C and Folic acid necessary for expecting moms. Here are the basic ingredients


You will need 1/2  kg of Shrimps, boiled or steamed then shelled
2 cups cucumber, seeded and sliced horizontally
5 cups of lettuce, strips
2 cups of carrot, strips or flowerrettes
4 cups of pomelo, segmented and sliced
1 cup peanuts, crushed coarsely

Dressing

1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup of honey or syrup
4 tbsp of vinegar
1 tsp iodized salt
1 tsp red bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp onion, chopped


Procedure
Simply toss all ingredients then pour in the dressing, blend well. That's how easy to prepare yet full of nutrients. Enjoy and detoxify with foods rich in vitamin A, C and more!
